Bradford Marine - Free Bottom Paint Job Raffle Official Rules
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Some restrictions apply. One entry per Eligible Vessel (defined below). You need not be present to win.
The raffle: From October 27-31, at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Bradford Marine, Inc. (Bradford Marine) will hold a raffle where, by means of an entry form, entrants will have the opportunity to submit entries to win the Grand Prize as described below.
Eligibility: In order to submit an entry, an entrant must be the Owner, Owner's Representative, Captain, or Crew Member of a motor yacht up to 140' that can be hauled in Bradford Marine's Fort Lauderdale, Florida shipyard (an "Eligible Vessel"). Only one entry per Eligible Vessel is permitted. Employees and Brokers of Bradford Marine Fort Lauderdale and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in the raffle.
How to enter: (i) Visit Bradford Marine's display at our location at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show from October 27-31, 2011 and complete a one-page official entry blank (available at Bradford Marine's display), or (ii) fill out and submit the on-line entry form above by no later than 5pm on October 31, 2011.
How to win: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from all qualified entries at 2 pm on November 1, 2011, at Bradford Marine's corporate offices. In the event that the original Grand Prize winner does not meet these Official Rules or eligibility requirements, then he/she forfeits the Grand Prize, and Bradford Marine will award the Grand Prize to first alternate. This process will continue until Grand Prize is awarded.
All raffle entries must be received by Bradford Marine no later than 5 pm on October 31st, 2011. The selection will be held at 2 pm on November 1, 2011, at Bradford Marine's corporate offices. The decision of Bradford Marine is final. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by e-mail and must meet all eligibility requirements.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Bradford Marine is not responsible for illegible, lost, or incomplete entries.
Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive a free bottom paint job to his/her yacht using Interlux® bottom paint, including a pressure wash, a light sanding of the yacht's bottom, and dockage and related charges during the work period. This bottom paint job will be done at Bradford Marine's Fort Lauderdale, Florida shipyard on date(s) mutually agreed by Bradford Marine and the Grand Prize winner. There are no other prizes. The Grand Prize is non-transferable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by the Grand Prize winner.
The Grand Prize winner must sign (i) Bradford Marine's standard-form Dockage & Repair Contract at the time the free bottom paint job is done; and (ii) any Work Order required by Bradford Marine for such bottom paint job. The Grand Prize will not be released until Bradford Marine receives all of these required documents. Failure of the Grand Prize winner to return such required documents within the required timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of the Grand Prize and such Grand Prize shall be awarded to an alternate winner.
Unforeseen Events: Bradford Marine reserves the right to change this raffle at its sole discretion at any time that Bradford Marine becomes aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the raffle security or fairness. Bradford Marine is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason. |
