jimmy floyd headshotHello again and welcome to Volume IV of the Bradford Marine E-News. Once again, thank you all for your responses to my last e-news.  Please let me hear from you and fill me in on your travels this past summer.

I had the opportunity to visit the Monaco Yacht Show again this year and visit a lot of crew and vendors at the show.  There was a positive vibe going around the show which was very encouraging.  The show going on outside the harbor was as impressive as the show itself.  I have never seen this many mega yachts anchored in one area.  There are a lot of these yachts heading this way and will be arriving before or around the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (October 28-November 1).  We welcome you and look forward to all of you returning to the South Florida area. I hope to have the opportunity to see you this season.

The season is now upon us, and the marinas and shipyards around South Florida are starting to get busy again.  Speaking for Bradford, we have a healthy schedule right now with a lot of inquires for the fall and winter seasons.

Bradford Marine is starting the season off with a Breakfast at Bradford during the first three days of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.  I believe that most of you have received invites, but if not, please click on the following link and RSVP to me if you can make it out to the shipyard during any of these three days. Paul Engle and I would like the opportunity to have you visit the facility during your stay in Lauderdale. I know it's a very busy time for everyone, but please try to come. We'll have transportation to the Show available for your convenience. Click here for more information on Breakfast at Bradford

At the Miami Boat Show in February of this year, Bradford Marine raffled its first Free Bottom Job.  We had a great turn out, and Captains, owners and brokers entered their boats for the raffle.  The winner was the 130' Westport, MUSTANG SALLY.  Captain Dale Parker brought the MUSTANG SALLY to Bradford Marine on March 24, just after the show, for the free haul out and bottom paint job.

Bradford Marine will raffle a Free Bottom Job at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.  The prize consists of hauling, pressure cleaning, and painting the bottom of the vessel with Interlux paint. Please visit our booth #653 in the Builder's Tent at Bahia Mar to enter your vessel for the Raffle, or you can enter at bradfordmarine.com. The drawing will be held on Tuesday, November 2 at 11 am.
