- 180 ft long (55m) undercover slips having a 45 ft (14m) vertical clearance
- Over 11,000 feet of covered dockage for yachts
- 8-10 ft dockside water depth
- Telephone line
- Cable TV hook up
- Water
- Trash pick up
- Office services (Wireless Internet, mail, fax, , etc.)
- A/C is offered while in dry dock with our powerful cooling towers & portable A/C units
- American & European power standards (125V/20A, 125V/30A, 208V/100A, 240V/100A, 480V/100A all @ 60HZ and 380V/100A @ 50Hz) is offered while in dry dock
