Yacht Broker Tony Hernandez grew up in a small and vibrant town on the south coast of Spain. He was raised in a family of commercial fishermen where he gathered experience from the older sailors. At the age of 19, he entered the Navy where he amplified his seamanship knowledge. Furthermore, Tony later on started to navigate on commercial and private boats, which allowed him to travel all over Europe, Africa, the Atlantic, the Caribbean, South America, and North America. After that, he went back to Cadiz, Spain to earn his Master’s in Maritime Transportation. After graduating, Tony started working in Marina Marbella as a captain alongside the brokers helping them sell new Italian boats. Later on, he decided to come back to the United States to get his US Coastguard license and work as a captain. Tony was working as a captain for many years, until he decided to open his business for yacht management and project management. Subsequently, he started to combine this with being a yacht broker. Tony became a yacht broker after having a long-standing relationship with Bradford, since he was already a Bradford client for many years. Nowadays, he does what he loves to do, which is helping and advising his clients in the purchase or sale of their boat whilst giving exceptional service and always having a good relationship with his clients.
